Wirelesspark.net provides
a limited time for you to evaluate the phone and/or accessory
you purchased and the coverage in your area. The following
allowable return periods apply:
14-days for all activated and purchased phone from Wirelesspark.net
If you are returning an activated wireless phone, you MUST
ALSO contact your wireless service provider to cancel your
service contract. From the date of activation, you must
cancel your AT&T Wireless contract within 30 days, or
T-Mobile contract within 14 days to avoid paying early termination
penalties.
If you choose to return an item within the allowable return
period, then please call Wirelesspark to obtain an RA number
for the return. You must send the return in its original
packaging including any user guides, manuals, warranty cards,
etc. Additionally, you must send the original receipt and
state the reason for the return. If the box is damaged in
any way, if the appropriate return period has ended, or
if any of the aforementioned items are missing, we will
not be able to refund your money. Wirelesspark.net is not
responsible for returned packages lost or not delivered

If you purchased your products from a Wirelesspark Store,
you may return the phone directly to that location.
